Thanks David Nguyen, an IT programmer, has been working with us on?site for about two months. We know that you were a very talented, creative and did very well job with your teammates in our project last month. After our discussion, today we decide to apply disciplinary measures to dismiss you with the company effective immediately.
Unfortunately, you have failed to meet the performance targets agreed upon, and your employment was terminated for these following reasons:
• On July 1, 2019, our company sent you a letter which informed that your performance would be required to improve if your employment with Cisco Corporation were to continue.
• On August 20, 2019, you received a second warning and were informed that failure to improve performance within 60 days would result in your termination.
