The research methodology being used in conducting this research will be explained in this chapter. According to J. W. (2008), research can be defined as a process that involves a number of methods in obtaining data and information in an attempt to gain knowledge on certain subject or issue. Besides that, research is usually correlated with process of searching or investigating in an organized way which eventually helps to increase knowledge (Amaratunga et al., 2002).
The methods in gathering data and information of a research can be conducted in various ways either by applying experimental research or descriptive research, depending on the goals of the research (Christensen, Johnson, & Turner, 2015). The authors stated the main purpose of conducting experimental research is to identify cause-and-effect relationships whereas descriptive research emphasizes on phenomenon, event or situation description.
